Shipping Policy
Turnaround
We aim to ship all orders within 14 business days of placing the order (Monday-Friday excl bank holidays). The days to delivery shown on the shipping at checkout are once the up to 14 working day turnaround has been completed and shipped, not from date of order.
We use Royal Mail as our courier of choice. Postage is of a flat rate - if your order costs less than the flat rate to post, it will be upgraded to First Class. If you wish for your order to be sent tracked, please send me a message and payment can be arranged to do this.
Please note that second class postage can take up to 10 days due to the current climate. Please give the postal service 10 days from receiving your dispatch email to deliver before contacting me as there will be nothing I can do until then.
Returns/Breakages
We are happy to accept returns of products providing they are returned within 14 days of you receiving your items. you as the buyer, are responsible for return costa . Goods must be returned in the same condition they were received in order to get a refund. If goods are returned damaged, then your refund will reflect this.
Wax is very delicate and despite my best efforts to dispatch as carefully as possible, it still may break in transit. No refunds will be given for broken wax as it does not affect its use. If burners are damaged during transit, please send me a message or email including photos and we can come to an arrangement of either a refund or a replacement being sent.
No refunds will be issued due to changing your mind on a product. Most products are on a made to order basis therefore no refunds will be issued.
